Year 5 Life Cycle Hunt

Class: Year 5 Year: 2020 - 2021

Year 5 and 6 went on a hunt to find evidence of life cycles of plants, mammals, birds, insects, reptiles and amphibians. We found lots of evidence of plant life cycles as there were lots of seeds and flowers around aswell as some miniature oak trees. There was some evidence of bird life cycles with nests visible in the tree tops. We also found some badger poo so we know that badgers are near by. There were even some small frogs  - they weren't tiny baby frogs - but they weren't fully grown yet. There was lots more evidence to be found than we expected. We loved examining insects using the magnifying glasses.
